Undercover ("the App") is a local, pass-and-play party game developed by Partha Hudati ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the App handles.
Undercover does not require an account and does not collect your name, contact details, or any personal profile. Player names you type in during setup (e.g., "Alex", "Sam") stay on your device only, stored locally via MMKV local storage, and are never transmitted to us or any third party. The App contains no ads. It does use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand basic app usage — see below for exactly what that collects.
The App uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand basic usage (how often the App is opened, crash-free sessions, app version adoption). This automatically collects:
The App does not read or collect your device's Advertising ID — that permission is explicitly excluded, so Firebase Analytics operates without ad-ID-based attribution or approximate location data.
This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us directly, and is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase's data disclosure. We do not use this data for advertising — the App shows no ads — only for aggregate usage analytics.
None of this local data is transmitted to us. Uninstalling the App deletes it.
Undercover is a general-audience party game not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will address it.
We may update this policy as the App changes (for example, if we add new features or ad partners). The "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
